• WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BALANCE IF LEFT UNUSED?
  Balance must be used within one year of wedding date.
• CAN I USE MY BALANCE TOWARDS PRODUCT PURCHASES?
  Yes, when registering with Inhabit Design, you are registering for an interior design package. Any balance above the registered package amount will be used towards the purchase of product. If your needs do not fit within a set package, Inhabit will work with you to create a custom package.
• WHAT IF I DON’T REACH MY PACKAGE AMOUNT?
  Your balance will be applied to the package that is closest to the amount required. Design hours will be rounded up to the nearest fifteen minutes.
• HOW WILL I KNOW WHO PURCHASED A GIFT AND WHAT THE GIFT AMOUNT IS?
  You will be notified by Inhabit Design via email when a gift is purchased by one of your guests.
• CAN MY REGISTRY BALANCE BE CASHED OUT?
  No, registry balances are non-transferable and are for design services or product only.
• HOW DO I REGISTER?
  Contact Inhabit Design via email or phone and we will meet with you to determine which package best fits your needs.
• HOW WILL MY GUESTS KNOW I’M REGISTERED?
  When you register with Inhabit Design, we provide insert cards that you may opt to include in your shower invitations. Your bridal party can also help to spread the word for you. The more people that know about your registry, the easier it will be for you to reach your registry goal.

• HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY GIFT IS RECEIVED BY THE COUPLE?
  You will receive both a Paypal receipt and an email confirmation from Inhabit. We will also provide a link to a downloadable form that you can print out and include in a card as a gift.
• CAN THE GIFT BE REFUNDED IF THE PACKAGE REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT MET?
  No, the money received in the couple’s registry will be applied to design hours.
• DOES THE GIFT AMOUNT EXPIRE?
  The balance must be used within one year of the wedding date.
• HOW DO I FIND THE COUPLE'S REGISTRY LIST?
  The registered couple can be searched for by using just a few letters of the bride or groom's first and last name.
• DO YOU STORE MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
  No, all transactions are made through Paypal, which is a secure website.
